What exactly are you paying for?

Included in Essential Care

Annual HIU Inspection & Servicing: A comprehensive annual check to ensure your Heat Interface Unit operates safely and efficiently.
10% Member Discount: Enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on all other BTB services, including refurbishments and electrical work.
Priority Booking: As a member, you jump the queue for non-emergency bookings compared to non-members.

Strictly Excluded

Emergency Call-Outs: Any call-outs for breakdowns are charged separately at our standard rates.
Parts & Labour: You are responsible for the cost of any parts and labour required for repairs.
Visual Drain/Silicone Check: Not included in this tier.
Radiator Care: Bleeding and pressure top-ups are not included.
Access Policy: We perform visual inspections only and will NOT remove tiles, stone, or panels to access pipework.

HIU Replacement Policy

Because the Essential Care plan focuses on preventative maintenance, if your HIU is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER), you are responsible for 100% of the replacement cost. There is no replacement subsidy included in this tier. However, as a member, you will receive priority quoting and scheduling for the installation.

Initial Inspection

Our engineer visits your property to perform the initial Health Check and Annual HIU Service.

Cover Activated

Once the service is complete and your system is approved, your direct debit starts and your cover is active.
