What exactly are you paying for?

Included in Comfort Pro

Annual HIU Inspection & Servicing: Full check to keep your Heat Interface Unit operating safely.
Visual Drain & Silicone Check: Annual visual inspection of accessible drains and bathroom silicone.
Two (2) Emergency Call-outs: Included priority emergency visits per year.
Parts & Labour Cover: Up to £75 per job covered for minor repairs during call-outs.
10% Member Discount: Across all other BTB divisions (e.g., Refurbishments, Electrical).

Strict Limitations

Unlimited Call-outs: You are limited to 2 included emergencies per year. Additional visits are charged at standard rates.
Radiator Care: Bleeding and pressure top-ups are strictly excluded from this tier.
Pre-existing faults: Must be repaired before cover activates.
Access Policy: We perform visual inspections only. We will NOT remove tiles, stone, or panels to access pipework.
Underfloor Heating (UFH): Manifolds, pumps, and thermostats are strictly excluded.

HIU Replacement Subsidy (£500)

If your HIU breaks down completely and is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER) by our certified engineers, Comfort Pro members receive a fixed £500 subsidy towards the cost of a full unit replacement carried out by BTB Projects.

Initial Inspection

Our engineer visits your property to perform the initial Health Check and Annual HIU Service.

Cover Activated

Once the service is complete and your system is approved, your direct debit starts and your cover is active.
