  • Annual HIU & Drain Inspection: Comprehensive servicing and visual silicone check.

Strict Limitations

  • Pre-existing faults: Must be repaired before cover activates.
  • Access Policy: We perform visual inspections only. We will NOT remove tiles, stone, or panels to access pipework.
  • Underfloor Heating (UFH): Manifolds, pumps, and thermostats are strictly excluded.
  • Internal Cartridges: Replacement of cartridges inside the HIU, taps, or showers.
  • Missed Appointments: Subject to a strict £120+VAT fee if access is denied.

If your HIU is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Absolute Peace offers our highest level of financial support, structured by your length of uninterrupted subscription:

Loyalty Phase (Mos 6-24)

Replacement Voucher issued towards a new unit installation.

Maturity Phase (Mos 25+)

Fixed maximum contribution towards your HIU replacement.

Initial Inspection

Our engineer visits your property to perform the initial Health Check and Annual HIU Service.

Once the service is complete and your system is approved, your direct debit starts and your 24-month cover is active.
